Piña Colada

Directions

1. Put a cup of ice in a blender
2. Add 60ml/2oz of White Rum
3. Add 120ml/4oz of Pineapple Juice
4. Add 60ml/2oz Cream of Coconut
5. Blend well until smooth
6. Pour into a tall glass.
7. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry

The Pina Colada can be easily varied by using different types of rum. Some people prefer using a traditional white rum, such as Bacardi, while others may prefer a more premium rum, such as Mount Gay or Appleton Estate.
